Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rhea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Rhea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rheaathelabel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
